Simple to run
Fill it, set it once, serve. Training takes one commissioning, and anyone on the team can start it in the morning.
Our syrups
Both make granita. They do not ask for the same handling, nor the same attention in service.
| Criterion | Concentrated syrup | Powder to dilute |
|---|---|---|
| Preparation | One part syrup to eight parts water, poured straight into the tank. | Weighing, full dissolving and resting time before service. |
| Yield | A 5-litre canister makes around 45 litres, ready to serve. | Depends on the dose and on how well it dissolves. |
| Texture | Even under continuous service, without crystallising or separating. | Prone to lumps and to icing up. |
| Consistency | Same taste and same colour from one canister to the next. | Varies with the weighing and with how the bag is stored. |
| Storage | Sealed canister: 500 days in a dry place. Diluted: 48 hours. | An opened bag is sensitive to damp. |

Our machines
What shows in use, not on a spec sheet.
Fill it, set it once, serve. Training takes one commissioning, and anyone on the team can start it in the morning.
A rinse of the tanks each day, a full clean each week. The procedure comes with the installation.
Three independent tanks cover most tastes, and service does not stop to change flavour.
When closed, the machine holds the mix without stirring it. Consumption drops and the product keeps until the next day.
Wear parts are in the catalogue, with their manufacturer reference and compatible models. A machine out of action costs a day of trading.
Delivery, installation, settings, restocking and repairs all go through us. Nobody passes the buck when something goes wrong.
Profitability
No two outlets are alike: the selling price, the volume sold and the machine configuration change everything. Our calculator starts from your own assumptions and gives you your figures.
Indicative estimate, based on the values you enter. It is not a contractual commitment.
The number of tanks sets how many flavours you serve at once, and the total capacity sets how much you can sell in a day. A busy summer snack bar does not have the same needs as a bar open all year.
Three tanks cover most tastes with a classic, a red fruit and a blue flavour. Two are enough for a seasonal outlet, one for occasional use.
A bar open all year and a one-off event do not need the same thing: one wants consistency over a whole season, the other volume over two days. Tell us your situation and we will say what will cope.
The reference dilution is one part syrup to eight parts water. A 5-litre canister therefore makes 45 litres of granita, ready to serve, or around 225 cups of 20 cl.
Rinsing the tanks daily and a full clean once a week is enough in most cases. We hand over the detailed procedure at commissioning.
Every catalogue listing carries the manufacturer reference and the compatible models. If in doubt, a photo of the part and your machine model are enough for us to find it.
The manufacturer warranty applies, and we handle on-site repairs in Paris and around. The detail is on the quote, before any commitment.
