These terms govern sales made by SARL DESIRÉ to business customers. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of them.

In summary: prices are shown excluding and including VAT; the site takes no online payment; a basket leads either to a quote request, without commitment, or to an order we confirm after checking availability; a sale is only formed once we confirm it in writing; quotes are valid for thirty days; delivery covers Paris and a radius of about 150 km, and beyond on request; delivery is included in the price across the eight départements of Île-de-France; goods remain our property until paid in full; the legal warranty against hidden defects applies, alongside the manufacturer warranty; and French law governs the contract.
