Composition

Our syrups are made with natural flavourings drawn from the fruit, with no artificial flavouring. The texture stays even under continuous service, without crystallising or separating, even after several hours.

Preparation

Mix one part syrup with eight parts water, pour the mix into the tank and let the machine work until it reaches the granita texture. For an 11-litre tank, count one litre of syrup.
