Composition

Sirop de saccharose, glucose, fructose, acide citrique (E330), arômes naturels de fruits exotiques, colorant E133.

Preparation

Mix one part syrup with eight parts water, pour the mix into the tank and let the machine work until it reaches the granita texture. For an 11-litre tank, count one litre of syrup.

Storage

The best-before date is 500 days. Keep the canister sealed, away from light, between 10 and 20 degrees. Once diluted, use the mix within 48 hours.
